Athlone Town AFC Graphics

My work on Athlone Town’s match graphics focused on giving the club a modern, professional visual style that matched the direction of top-level football media. The goal was to create graphics that felt sharp, atmospheric, and consistent across every competition and fixture.

I built a system that relied on clean structure, strong hierarchy, and a cinematic feel. The visuals use bold typography, minimal grain, and a film-style depth that adds drama without clutter. Each layout was designed to be instantly recognisable on social media, whether it was a matchday poster, lineup graphic, goal alert, or full-time result.

A core part of the project was creating flexible templates that allowed fast updates during live games while still maintaining a polished look. Player photography, colour accents, and subtle lighting effects gave each graphic energy and identity while staying true to the club’s colours.

Even though I am no longer with the club, the work reflects a clear, modern visual identity that helped strengthen Athlone Town’s online presence and deliver a consistent matchday experience to supporters.

These graphics represent a growth in my design career, as they go back to the start of my career to now! However they are in no particular order
